Who We Are
From Two People to a Multi-State Operation
C&C Building Maintenance was founded in 2023 by a hands-on technician and his wife. No big investors, no outside backing — just two people who believed commercial facility care could be done better. Too many property managers were juggling five different vendors, chasing down invoices, and dealing with no-shows. We set out to fix that.
It started with just the two of us taking on jobs ourselves — showing up on time, doing the work right, and treating every client's property like our own. Word spread fast, not because we advertised, but because we were reliable when others weren't. That reputation built everything.
Today, C&C manages over 85 commercial properties and buildings across the lower 48 states. The company has grown into a multi-state operation, but our approach hasn't changed: one account, one bill, one team you can count on.
